Customer Support - Adecco : Job Details

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support professional for a 9-12 month temp assignment!

What You'll Do:* Be the first point of contact for customer queries related to sales, installations, and communications. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers. * Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in a timely manner * Monitor lead times and order status, keeping customers updated along the way.

What We're Looking For:* Experience using SAP is a must!* Proven customer support experience* Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* £13.00 p/h.* Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with a early finish on a Friday
