We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Specialist (Live Chat & Email).

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues/queries and escalate complex issues through a well-mannered and coaching approach.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via live chat and email.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer service-oriented mindset.
