Crown Fine Art UK are recruiting for a Gallery services and customs coordinator to join their Gallery and Auction services team based in Stockwell.
This is a 100% office based role.
What is a Gallery services and customs coordinator to us?
This is an important function within the company. As such the job holder will be expected to work hard within a team and provide support to their colleagues when needed. This support will be more intensive during the companies peek months.
The provision of a high standard of service is of paramount importance to this role. Creating long-term relationships with both Public and Private clients and stake holders that encourage them to seek deeper relationships with us, in line with our company strategy.
The Crown Fine Art business benefits from support from the group support functions; Human resources, IT, Marketing, Quality Management, Purchasing and European operations.

What skills and experience are we looking for in the successful candidate?
The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role within the shipping/specialist removals industry, coupled with the ability to multi-task and maintain clear and concise records. Knowledge of the art industry and some technical experience would be an advantage.
You will have excellent communication, project management, analytical and administration skills, an eye for detail, energy, flexibility and self-motivation to assist your team and manager. It is essential you have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and are prepared to work as a team member and to tight deadlines.
