An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent CV Processor in the Secretarial & Business Support department of a respected recruitment consultancy based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch administrative support to a vibrant team.

Description

Urgent

1 x 30 hour contract (10:30-16:30

1 x 17.5 hour contract (time TBC but it would be between 2-7pm)

• Accurately process CVs and update candidate records within the database.
• Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations.
• Communicate with candidates and clients professionally via phone and email.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline the recruitment process.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and issues promptly and effectively.

Profile

A successful CV Processor should have:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
