Cyclical Maintenance Officer - Morgan Hunt Recruitment : Job Details

We have a current opportunity for a Cyclical Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow and will be initially for 2-3 months.

The role involves managing programmes and reactive cyclical and compliance work and to adhere to regulatory and legislative compliance requirements.

The main duties are:

• Monitor and manage delivery of assigned cyclical and compliance programmes
• Responsibility for compliance around gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety, lift safety, asbestos and water safety
• Undertake quality control inspections including pre, progress and post inspections of works
• Liaise with contractors
• Identify and address any under performance from our contractors and address

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have experience in the management and control of one or more of the following - asbestos, electrical safety, lift safety, water safety
• Experience delivering a repairs and maintenance function
• Have experience in carrying out internal/external property inspections and assessing repair work required.

The role is to start as soon as possible.
