D365 Consultant required for a leading client based in Birmingham. We are currently seeking a D365 Consultant to come on board to be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of business processes, project management, and the technical aspects of D365 and Power Platform applications.

Any housing background will be highly desirable.

Key responsibilities -

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure D365 solutions to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of D365 modules, including setup, configuration, data migration, and user training.
  • Customization: Customize D365 applications using tools like Power Platform, PowerApps, and Power Automate to extend functionality as needed.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for D365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Training: Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation to ensure successful adoption of D365 solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and support of D365 applications.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest D365 features and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to existing solutions.
