D365 CRM/ CE Developer

Job Description:
As a D365 CRM/CE Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance customer relationship management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Customise: Design and implement customisation's, work flows, plugins, and integration's on the D365 CRM/CE platform
- Collaborate: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Support: Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing D365 CRM/CE applications, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction
- Integrate: Develop and maintain integration's between D365 CRM/CE and other business systems using Power Platform, Azure, and other relevant technologies
- Optimise: Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices for performance optimisation
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and recommend new features or technologies that could benefit the business.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certifications: Certifications related to Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and/or Power Platform
- Experience: Previous demonstrable experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data model, architecture, and business processes
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
