D365 Specialist - Access Computer Consulting plc : Job Details

3 Month Contract outside IR35, Hybrid 2 days per week Birmingham Office

Are you an experienced D365 professional with a knack for managing complex environments and optimising performance? We are seeking a skilled D365 Specialist to join our team and take charge of our development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

D365 F&O Functional:

• Understanding chart of accounts (COA), consolidations, tax, fixed assets, Credit & collections. Core finance modules.

• Working with the finance team and Systems integrator to support 'as-is' processes for core finance functions.

• Part of our Application support team identifying problems and developing technical solutions to our FO instance. Immediate priorities:

• Bad Debt w/off testing and support

• DD Posting issues.

• AR to GL reconciling differences

• Create training materials, including user guides and manuals, to help end-users understand and use the D365 system effectively.

• Mentoring an FTE Jnr Func. Consultant

D365 F&O Technical:

• Technical support for F&O modules, GL, AP, AR etc

• Produce technical documentation.

• Performance optimisation to ensure system efficiency and reliability

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.

• Manage integrations with other systems - i.e. Treasury Automation Suite

D365 Environments:

• Oversee the deployment of updates, patches, and customisations across all environments.

• Configure and manage multiple D365 environments - Dev, Test, Prod etc.
