Daily Supply Teacher - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Tradewind Recruitment are actively recruiting for a daily supply teacher in the Canterbury area to work in a range of secondary school settings. The role will be flexible and would suit full time or part time hours - daily rate of between £110 and £130!

The role of a daily supply teacher:

• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
• Ensure students are on task and have all equipment needed to complete their work effectively

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or previous experience of working with secondary school students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and challenges
• Confident in managing classroom behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy
• Be available between 8:15am and 3:30pm on the day's you're available for work
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
