Description

The role of the Data Administrator will involve inputting data in readiness for the creation of site budgets and placement of orders.Data inputting, transferring data in systems, updating spreadsheets and running data reports.

  • Support the operational Quantity Surveyors and Buyers within the COINS ERP to add bill of quantity resources, supplier details, price and raise orders for approval on new and existing sites.
  • Assist the Group Surveying Managers with any additional ad-hoc support.
  • Record and provide updates on progress of completion of work.
  • Promote and act in accordance with the Group values, systems, policies and procedures.

Profile

Data Administrator:

  • Must be able to travel to and work on-site 5 days in the Coalville area.
  • Be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be methodical, conscientious and organised, works to deliver high standards.
  • Have strong communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Be able to manage and prioritise their own workload and time within the team environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Desire to learn new business systems for the procurement of materials and subcontract packages.
  • Articulate, clear and credible, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable of, and have good user ability of, Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
