Data Analyst - ACS Performance : Job Details

The successful Data Analyst will work in conjunction with the other analysts to extract, collate and audit data for inclusion in various reports and to create, maintain and schedule reports using the Business Intelligence software.

• Complete monthly reporting
• Create and maintain reports issued to all departments
• Assist with software implementations and upgrades
• Create and maintain spreadsheets recording business performance
• Complete ONS (Office of National Statistics) surveys
• Complete Month and Year end routines
• Involvement in process audits

To be successful in this role of Data Analyst we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Financial or Manufacturing background
• Power BI Desktop and Report Builder (this is the central skill set of the role)
• SQL Database Skills (create views and queries)
• MS Excel Advanced (including charts, lookup tables, pivot tables, presentation / report formatting skills)
• Data reconciliation
• Ability to organise own workload based on priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
