Data Analyst - Pontoon : Job Details

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join a team in an exciting opportunity within the Financial Services sector. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in process design and build to assist in the resolution of a significant issue for Corporate Mobile. This is an excellent chance for a logical problem-solver who can work autonomously while also collaborating with others.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS SQL server. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS PowerPoint for presentations. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI will also be highly valuable.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in an analytical role within the Financial Services sector. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required. Familiarity with the ITIL V4 framework, as well as experience with Mobile/SMS technology, will be advantageous. Mobile experience is highly desirable.
