Data Analyst – Revenue AssuranceLocation: Tachbrook, Warwick (Hybrid – 2 days office-based)

Type: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Salary: up to £40,000pa

About the Role

As our Revenue Assurance Data Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our revenue streams. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you’ll leverage your data analysis skills to uncover trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements to our revenue assurance processes. You’ll help safeguard the financial health of the business while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into pricing data using systems like SAP and Salesforce, ensuring everything adds up.
  • Identify billing discrepancies and work with teams to correct them promptly.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, safeguarding both our customers and company.
  • Spot trends and patterns within the data, providing actionable insights and suggesting process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Sales, and Operations to implement data-driven solutions that benefit the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in data analytics.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP and Salesforce are advantageous and its data analysis capabilities.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset that can spot discrepancies and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-motivated individual who brings energy and curiosity to their work.
  • Professional integrity and confidence to challenge the status quo when necessary.
  • Full UK Driving License
