Data and BI Analyst - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half have partnered with a business based South of Swindon who are recruiting for a newly created Data and BI Analyst on a permanent basis, paying up to £50,000 with hybrid working and great benefits!

The Role

You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, driving business efficiency and supporting KPI management through the continuous development of Power BI solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Building, maintaining and continuously improving the business's Power BI capabilities
• Create interactive dashboards and reports
• Requirement gathering - working with key stakeholders to identify trends, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Implement ETL processes
• Leverage MS Dynamics 365 Business Central to extract and analyse data
• Continuous improvement and development of BI and data road-map

About You

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst preferably in e-commerce, merchandising or finance
• Good understanding of Power BI, including experience in dashboard creation and data visualisation
• Hands-on experience building reporting based on MS Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying languages is advantageous
