Call Adrian or Lewis on O12I 227 8OOI to applyData Entry Clerk - Afternoon ShiftSalary - £27,000  (paid hourly £14.35ph) Post will be through agency initiallyImmediate start – Permanent Hours 14:00 – 22:00 – occasional overtime / shift coverage requiredShift – Mon-Fri The successful candidate will be expected to support the Aftermarket contracts including JLR-Jaguar Land Rover.PlanningCreating and handling data from customers and vendors, planning cost effective transport movements in line with network / asset optimisation and availability. Creating, handling and supply of driver-load documentation and vehicle bookings. General customer service enquires on shipment and vehicle tracking, also general vehicle control movements and occasional exception management with speed up transport.CustomsLight custom duties required, inspection of customs attachments, general customs customer service between customer and carrier, creating Safe and Security declarations for vehicle movements. Required:A planning background with previous roles is expected, however not essential on the length. A knowledge of custom process is desirable but not expected as we offer comprehensive training packages.A solid understanding and experience with Microsoft packages – Excel/Outlook/WordA good, professional telephone mannerAdministrative/customer service experience is desirable.www.rapieremployment.co.uk
