Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Data Entry Clerk based in Basingstoke. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- To provide data entry support to the Licensing team.
- To ensure that data is accurately entered, transferred and stored on the Licensing software.
- To insert customer data by inputting text based and numerical information from hard copy and electronic source documents within time limits.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Scan documents and print licenses when needed.
The candidate:
- Strong working experience of data entry required
- Strong working knowledge of databases and MS office
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
