• Be a Strategic Partner: Conduct and interpret market and brand analysis to develop strategic and operational brand plans. Your insights will help us stay ahead of the competition.

• Monitor and Optimize: Keep a close eye on brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate your findings to brand teams.
• Lead Market Research: Develop and manage market research projects that align with our business needs, ensuring we stay on the cutting edge.
• Support Business Decisions: Provide analytical and research outputs to support decisions on our promoted products.
• Enhance Data Systems: Maintain and improve our data warehouse in collaboration with the D&I team.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Support specific projects and provide backup within the Data, Digital, and Technology team.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop your skills in data, analytics, and the pharmaceutical environment.

What You Bring:

• Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical aptitude with a quantitative focus.
• Effective Communication: Emerging presentation skills to translate technical material into non-technical insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience in a data-related, quantitative, or technical role. Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, advanced MS Excel) is a plus.
• Pharmaceutical Insight: Understanding of pharmaceutical data
• Business Acumen: Curiosity about effective marketing and sales strategy in the pharmaceutical industry.
