Data Operations & Governance Manager - Xpertise Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Our client, in the property management space are looking for an experienced Data Operations and Governance Manager to lead the transformation of their complex data sources and help drive key components of their data strategy and BAU activities. Our client are rolling out a new Data strategy, you will be part of the Data leadership team. You will work alongside a Data Science Manager & Data Protection Manager reporting into the Data Director. This role will be someone who enjoys a challenge, and happy to work at a relatively new business (established in 2018) where change & transformation isn't uncommon and can therefore thrive in this environment.

Salary: Up to £80,000

Benefits: 10% Car Allowance (that can be taken as cash) + bonus (up to 20%), 25 days hol, Private Medical + more

Location: 1-2 days a month in London (Near Farringdon)

We are looking for somebody with the following experience:

•  Expertise in shaping data controls, structures, quality metrics, and visualisations (Power BI or Tableau)
• Proven experience with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong background in operational and data governance, with knowledge of data structures and business intelligence.
• Managed teams (Current team is 4)
• Understanding of data management and Cloud technologies.
• Ability to ensure compliance with data roles and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills to bridge SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Innovative problem-solving through benchmarking and idea-sharing.
