Role Overview

Cobalt Recruitment is assisting a leading commercial real estate business in London to hire a dynamic and strategic Data & Platform Manager. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's data strategy, enhancing CRM capabilities, and ensuring the effective integration of technology platforms to support business objectives.

Role Responsibilities

• Implement customisations, workflows, and dashboards to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Oversee CRM integrations with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Provide data insights to support commercial decision-making and drive efficiencies.
• Lead the management of data and technology platforms, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to gather requirements and implement solutions that add value.

Role Requirements

• Previous work in real estate, property management, or commercial real estate markets preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead platform projects, including requirement gathering, implementation, and delivery.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or another CRM) is essential.
• Experience analysing complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
