Data Protection Assistant - Foxtons : Job Details

About the role:

We are looking for a Data Protection Assistant to assist the Data Protection Officer in ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and to help ensure Foxtons' data security policies and procedures. As a Data Protection Assistant, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Monitor the email inbox for all incoming privacy queries and requests and be the first point of contact in this respect.
• Prepare responses to data subject access requests (DSARs) and other requests (as appropriate) which includes reviewing internal systems to identify personal data and compiling a complete response comprising all relevant documentation.
• Liaise with the Information Commissioner's Office, as may be required.
• Maintain records and assist with data processing audits.
• Any other tasks which may be required by the DPO on an ad hoc basis.
• There is scope for the right candidate to move into wider aspects of data protection.

About You:

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience of handling subject access requests is essential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
