Data Protection Manager

Rate - £500 a day

Location - London (Hybrid)

Duration - 6 Months Initially

IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)

• Training and awareness plan
  • Create 12-month awareness and engagement strategy across different channels
  • Create infographics to support privacy notices to visualise how data is used and foster trust with our customers
  • Create 12-month training strategy
  • Develop training modules and content for different stakeholders and across different channels
• Data protection documentation
  • Refresh and update of corporate and technical policies, privacy notices and guidance in line with approved templates (See spreadsheet for indication of breadth and type of policies )
  • Review and assess data protection and information security approach to remote working. Assess risks, mitigations and draft new policies and acceptable use.
• Information governance audit
  • Assess compliance and gap analysis using the ICO 9 toolkits and create an action plan for each one individually.
  • Develop process maps and work with colleagues to draft key documents for W3 data governance project eg Access controls
