- Maintain and update global Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and monitor personal data flows.
- Review and manage client/vendor contractual clauses for data protection and international data transfers, ensuring compliance with regulatory updates.
- Draft and update templates, privacy statements, consent forms, data protection addenda, policies, and procedures for data governance.
- Conduct assessments, including Legitimate Interest Assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Transfer Impact Assessments.
- Support privacy-by-design due diligence for new projects and IT tools.
Requirements:ESSENTIAL
- Must have a Law Degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years in privacy and data protection, preferably with a legal background.
- Strong understanding of regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and UK GDPR.
- Proficient using Microsoft systems.
DESIRED:
- Certifications (e.g., IAPP) are a plus.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
