Data Reporting Manager - Cactus Search : Job Details

We are supporting a fantastic client whom are looking for a Data & Reporting Manager for their operation in Derbyshire. You will interrogate the business data & make effective recommendations to support business requirements. Reporting to the Head of Data Management, your role is to lead a team responsible for data quality and reporting.The role is a hybrid 2 day on-site in Derbyshire.Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Reports and analysis of business data to make effective change.
• Daily, weekly & monthly data extract to support the business vision.
• Working closely with the senior management, support, collaborate, and implement data projects 
• Support & manage the operational reporting requirements (logging all data requests, produce data reports in accordance with business requirements).
• Manage reports to ensure all data reports are managed and stored correctly in order that they can be referenced and used for future reports as required
• Identify, document, and review opportunities for improvement data processes and standards
• Monitor and coach data team to meet business plans & objectives

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience;

• Experience working in a Data & reporting role previously
• SQL & relational databases experience
• Experience & knowledge of data management reporting
• Strong IT and Excel experience Essential 
• Strong interpersonal & communications skills
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage business workload investigating issues that arise.
