Data / Sales Analyst - Juice Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Do you enjoy working with Excel and producing meaningful reports and data? Are you able to work with a fast pace alongside working methodically to produce regular and scheduled work?

Juice is delighted to be supporting a reputable and high-end Bath based organisation, in their search for a sales analyst to join at a time of growth and investment. In this role you will play a key part in supporting the sales team and will liaise with the Sales Director, Sales Management team and Data Manager. Key for this will be some experience of producing analysis of data, or very strong command of MS Excel to include v-look ups & advanced formulas.

This role may suit someone with good administration skills who is looking for a more analytical role.

DAY TO DAY:

Supporting the business by providing top quality customer service

Helping to produce reports and analysis

Following up on requests from sales team, often at short notice

Data entry of new customers, new pricing structures and new terms of business

Maintaining a company- wide file of all data re prices

Consolidating information and data, displaying information clearly and assisting Sales team with comprehension of data

Producing regular monthly sales reports,

Gathering data to produce monthly sales reports

Collating and displaying results and analysis across sales teams following campaigns

Producing ad-hoc results - sometimes at short notice

Helping to manage the shared in box

Helping sales team with pricing queries

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:Good organisational skills and strong ability to pick up technology

Proven background in understanding of Excel and how to interpret and present data

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
