Data Scientist - 12 Months - Fully remote - Outside IR35 My client is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join the team on a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. This project is in the manufacturing space so working on projects that are dealing with physical world data is important. Essential Skills:

• Strong experience on timeseries and computer vision modelling.
• Engineering, manufacturing or pharmaceutical and pragmatic problem-solving background
• Strong communication skills for internal & external stakeholders
• Data engineering (pipelines, databases, infrastructure), ideally with AWS experience would be an advantage
• Proven experience as a data scientist using Python and a range of libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, Plotly etc.).

Desirable Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field desirable.
• Reinforcement learning (i.e., data-driven modelling + control optimisation) desirable
