Job Title: Data Strategy Manager (18-24 -Month FTC)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000Location: New Bond Street (Hybrid: In-office twice a week)
About the RoleThe company are seeking a skilled Data Strategy Manager to join the EMEA Central team, focusing on insight and customer experience. You'll play a pivotal role in managing customer data infrastructure, optimising data processes, and driving actionable insights for marketing and CRM functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the migration of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to Zeta, including data auditing, testing, and process enhancement.
- Manage customer data for CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and troubleshooting issues.
- Define and monitor KPIs for data quality, insights, and reporting while maintaining robust data governance frameworks.
- Provide CRM reporting with a focus on customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in Marketing, the CMO, and the Senior Data Strategy Manager to optimize data utilization.
- Maintain and improve the internal "data dictionary" and address queries related to the data landscape.
About YouAn experienced professional with a strong background in data strategy and CRM, particularly with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). You will have:
- Proven experience with CRM data management, including validation, quality assurance, and governance.
- Expertise in SQL for querying databases, building tables, and conducting user testing.
- A solid understanding of data architecture, feeds, and the marketing data ecosystem.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Python, cloud platforms, or tools like Dataiku.
- Knowledge of machine learning or AI applications in data strategy.
- Previous experience managing CDP migrations is highly advantageous.
