Data Strategy Manager - Directions Recruitment Specialists : Job Details

We are looking for a Data strategy manager ideally from engineering back ground or similar the role is based in hayes and is paying around the 40k mark

The Strategy Manager's main tasks are:

Analyze data, build models, and generate insights for commercial decision-makingCollaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to develop business cases for the ACS segment, Develop market models and strategic recommendations based on market dataPresent data-driven insights and recommendations to C-level executivesSupport operational improvement measures like Make vs Buy decisions, cost-down initiatives, and digitization effortsLead strategic projects, ensuring alignment with scope, time, and budgetAlign data analysis initiatives with Ambition targets in collaboration with stakeholdersFoster a culture of innovation, communication, and teamwork

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus3+ years in data analysis, preferably in aviation, manufacturing, or MROSkilled in Python, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and MS Azure/Synapse with strong financial acumenFamiliarity with operations and MRO environmentsExcellent communication skills for presenting insights to C-level executivesAdvanced MS Office and project management experienceStrategic thinker with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
