Databricks Data Engineer - HYBRID

Our client, a leading global company, are recruiting for a Data Engineer with Databricks experience to join the team on a hybrid basis.

Databricks Data Engineer with experience of Metadata ingestion processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering data solutions using Databricks with Azure services such as ADF.

Responsibilities* Be responsible for crafting metadata to ingest feeds using existing services* Help extend the new Orchestration process' capabilities* Help create reusable metadata-driven Services, while maintaining existing ones* Adhere to development standards* Liaise with the business, as required, to elicit feed requirements* Support existing metadata feeds

Requirements* Experience working with Databricks, both SQL and PySpark* Experience with Azure services, such as ADF* Robust development practices* Strong interpersonal skills* Experience of CI/CD* Experience of Metadata ingestion processes * Experience working with Insurance data preferred
