Your new role

• Accurately input and verify data into various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital, to facilitate efficient retrieval of information.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
• Learn and utilise specialised software, such as COINS, to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment (essential)
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in construction or housing industry (essential)
• Experience with COINS software (beneficial, not essential)
