Luxury Day Concierge- Full time- permanent - shift pattern, 4 on 4 offSalary: Up to £34kNew Opening The Opportunity:An award winning property management company are looking for luxury Residential Concierges for their iconic private residential development in West London.The building is an incredibly prestigious development in an exclusive location, offering high-tech, state-of-the-art and fully serviced facilities and living, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, and cinema.Working within a wider Concierge team, you will be providing exceptional 5* service to all residents and their visitors, offering lifestyle services and dealing with all requests.Duties and Responsibilities: * Meeting and greeting Visitors and Suppliers, and ensuring a smooth move-in for all residents* Efficiently managing the lobby and lounges including general inspection and assuring tidiness throughout* Main/First point of contact for Residents requests* Handling general enquiries and assiting with additional tasks as requested* Conduct regular patrols to ensure resident safety * Performing health & safety checks and conducting visual inspections of the site* Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issuesYour Experience:* Previous experience of being a Concierge/receptionist at a 5* hotel, private members club or another luxury residential development* Strong communication skills* Highly organised * Immaculate presentation and personableDoes this sound like the opportunity you've been looking for?Apply now!
