Day Concierge - Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Residential Day Concierge to join our clients team at a prestigious residential development. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent front-of-house service and ensure a warm, welcoming environment for all residents and guests.

Position: Residential Day ConciergeSalary: £28,000 per annumWorking Hours: 4 on 4 off / 7am to 7pmLocation: North London

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Managing resident requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Handling deliveries, bookings, and coordinating with external services.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and security of the lobby and common areas.
• Monitoring CCTV and access control systems to ensure the safety of the building.
• Communicating effectively with the property management team and contractors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
