Day Concierge - Abbatt Property Recruitment : Job Details

Location: HampsteadSalary: £29,250 per annumHours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (average 42 hours per week)

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Residential Porter to provide first-class support to residents while ensuring the smooth operation and security of the property.

• Resident Assistance: Provide excellent customer service and assist residents with inquiries.
• Site Patrols: Regularly inspect the property to maintain security and report any issues.
• Pool & Gym Maintenance: Ensure the pool and gym areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Key Management:
  • Oversee the key storage system, logging all issued and returned keys.
  • Follow strict key release protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records for security purposes.

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities efficiently and proactively.
