Job Title: Day PorterLocation: Kensington WestSalary: £25,000 per annumHours: 42 hours per week (12-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break)Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (4 days on)
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (3 days on)

The Day Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, security, and smooth operation of a residential apartment building. This role involves assisting residents, overseeing the reception area, and ensuring the premises remain well-maintained and welcoming.

• Monitor and manage reception, ensuring professional conduct at all times.
• Assist residents and visitors courteously, including handling deliveries and luggage.
• Maintain security by monitoring access, managing keys, and enforcing building policies.
• Ensure common areas are clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow emergency and fire safety procedures.

• Experience in customer service, security, or building management preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional and presentable demeanour.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in emergencies.
