Legal Debt Recovery Executive // Manchester  // £35-45kWe are currently partnering with a leading Manchester Law firm to recruit into a newly created position on the Debt Recovery team.The firm represent many well-known businesses and the role will involve legal debt recovery for a range of clients from smaller businesses to large PLCs.The role will provide exposure to various aspects of legal debt recovery including :

• Supporting the wider Corporate Recovery team with National client debt
• Outbound calling to clients and debtors
• Related administration - drafting and sending documents and emails
• Occasional drafting of basic witness statements 
• Reporting

 Skills and attributes

• Must have experience working in Debt recovery in the legal sector
• Must have experience using case management software
• To be able to build strong professional relationships
• To be highly articulate with excellent verbal communication skills
• To have excellent written communication skills 
• To have a flexible, can-do attitude and desire to excel and succeed
• To have excellent  IT skills and confidence with Microsoft packages.
