Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation profession to develop and lead implementation of our Deferred Compensation strategy. Sitting within the Total Rewards function in HR, this role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for developing, communicating, and establishing the strategy, and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation. The role will work with a variety of senior stakeholders, including our internal consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and wider HR.
