Delegated Claims Operations Analyst - Eames Consulting : Job Details

Working with a reputable Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking for a Delegated Claims Operations Analyst to join their Claims Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with the Claims Operations and Delegated Authorities Claims Managers to support the management of the Delegated Claims portfolio. Key responsibilities include coordinating due diligence on Delegated Claims Administrators, managing service agreements with Third-Party Administrators, and overseeing interactions on the Delegated Claims Management Platform.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Lloyd's Market Claims and Delegated Authority experience preferred
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
