Salary - 35k Base (DOE)

Realistic year 1 OTE - 65k - 70k

Epsom - 4 days in/ Fridays at home

• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using innovative tools and platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing exceptional support throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple roles across various industries, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends and client industries to provide strategic insights.

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within delivery or resourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
