Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative - Rachel Hill Resourcing Limited : Job Details

Duties

• Drive a long wheelbase van, and deliver goods to customers
• Ensuring deliveries are completed on time, in full.
• Our customers are based all over the UK, but the regular routes include the home counties, London (including central) and surrounding areas.
• Picking & packing
• Goods in, stock takes and other general duties.
• A forklift licence would be beneficial for this but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• OVER 23 must have had licence for over 2 years.
• Experience driving vans is a must and within London would be beneficial.
• DBS clearance will be required due to some of our clients.
• Must be able to clearly read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong math skills and have some computer skills.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage, and you must be prepared to go the extra mile for the customer.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 25 kg).
• A proactive attitude towards safety and adherence to health regulations within the warehouse setting.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7am to 4:30pm
