AI Delivery Lead

We are hiring for a AI Delivery Lead with experience in AI, commercial execution, and financial management. You will spearhead the development and implementation of Group-wide strategic frameworks aimed at enhancing the commercialization of AI/ML solutions. The ideal consultant will demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills and a robust understanding of the financial aspects relevant to AI investments.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs for AI/ML solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.

• Monitor industry trends to keep us at the forefront of AI innovation.

• Implement governance frameworks to ensure timely benefits realization and cost control.

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for AI initiatives.

• Analyze financial performance to optimize resource allocation.

• Maintain financial models to evaluate proposed AI projects.

• Evangelize AI practices and promote innovation internally and externally.

• Represent the AI program within key committees, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Transformation, Management Consulting, or a related field.

• Proven track record in large financial services institutions.

• Strong program management and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Adaptability in rapidly changing environments.

• In-depth knowledge of AI and ML technologies.

• Familiarity with Big Data Technologies and cybersecurity measures.

• Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements

• Experience in AI governance frameworks.

• Skills in implementing large-scale transformation projects.
