The role
- Proactively monitor site demand, identify challenges in fulfilling customer demands, and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Services to address customer needs and promote best practices.
- Work with the Production Manager to ensure rewash and rag-out processes comply with standards, minimizing unnecessary linen investment.
- Monitor the financial impact of the linen pool, including budgeting.
- Forecast demand, considering seasonal variations and local events, to maintain service levels.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in line with business requirements.
Requirements:
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels and roles within the laundry.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, summarizing it appropriately for others.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in IT (MS Office, ERP systems).
- Flexibility and quick responsiveness to customer and business needs.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience in a highly customer-focused service environment.
- Experience with continuous improvement programs.
