Demobilisation Projects Manager - SNG Formerly Sovereign Housing Association : Job Details

We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group as Demobilisation Projects Manager– Property Maintenance & Technical Assurance on a fixed term basis for 9 months. You'll be based in either our London or Hertfordshire Office. This role will combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

What you'll be doing

The role will manage the demobilisation of the London & Hertford repairs contractor and the mobilisation of two repairs & voids contractors. You will be managing and co-ordinating all key stakeholder responsibilities and tasks associated with the demobilisation and mobilisation of the repair's contractors.

 The role will project manage the mobilisation process, maintaining a clear audit trail and undertaking progress reporting to senior management. You'll support the Regional Director in relationship management and communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and lead demobilisation plans and activities to ensure they are undertaken and completed on time.
• Coordination of services, projects, and contracts to ensure phased appropriately to succeed.
• Production of local project/mobilisation plan that is clear and deliverable and includes associated communication strategies.
• Engage key stakeholders outside of the property services team ensuring their needs and input are captured and embedded into the project plan and service delivery design.
• Manage customer communication throughout the mobilisation process.

What we need from you

You'll have a professional qualification or experience in this field, knowledge of project management and experience of representing an organisation with key stakeholders. You'll also:

Ability to lead effective projects delivering cross functional outcomes.

• High level analytical skill and an ability to deliver creative solutions and information in a diverse environment.
• Experience of working with boards and committees, producing and presenting formal reports.
• Negotiating skills and ability to deal with individuals and suppliers.
• Experience of communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Competent on core Microsoft Office packages.
• Knowledge of performance analysis and performance data presentation.
