The Role

As a Specialist Dental Recruiter, you will:

• Source and recruit top talent in the dental sector, including dentists, hygienists, dental nurses, and practice managers.
• Build strong relationships with dental practices and organizations to understand their hiring needs and culture.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
• Provide career guidance to candidates, helping them secure roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, shortlisting, and negotiating offers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to offer clients and candidates valuable market insights.
