DEPARTMENT MANAGER – LUXURY MENSWEAR

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the menswear team to deliver exceptional service, reflecting the brand’s luxury ethos.
• Drive department sales and profitability, ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Oversee inventory management, ensure immaculate visual merchandising, and uphold the department’s high standards.
• Train, develop, and mentor your team to achieve professional growth and deliver world-class service.
• Build lasting relationships with high-value clients, focusing on tailoring and personalized experiences to enhance loyalty.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Department Manager, Team Manager, or Supervisor in luxury menswear.
• Passion for menswear fashion, with a strong understanding of tailoring and styling for high-net-worth clientele.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, thriving in a fast-paced luxury environment.
