Our client based in Peterborough is seeking a Depot Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
As Depot Administrator, you will be responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages, generating invoices, processing timesheets, submitting warranty claims, verifying purchase orders, processing credit / debit card payments, petty cash, banking, maintaining sickness and holiday reports, postal duties, monitoring stock and stationery, filing and supporting administration.
To be considered for the Depot Administrator position, you will have strong all round administrative experience in a similar role and will have experience working in a similar role where you have dealt with invoicing, banking and general administration.
In return, our client is offering a starting salary of £25,000, 22 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays rising with length of service, pension, O2 employee benefits, onsite parking and much more.
