Remuneration: £60,000 + discretionary bonusBenefits: Excellent pension, health care, 4x death in service & 25 days annual leave The role of the Depot Operations Manager - Formwork & Falsework Systems will involve:

• Depot Operations Manager position dealing with various temporary formwork/falsework systems
• Day-to-day oversight of the operational teams within the storage and repair & maintenance facilities
• Working closely with the Depot Manager and Stock Team to ensure that products are available for project requirements
• Ensuring that lead times are kept to a minimum
• Carrying out further management duties including: disciplinaries, absence management, quality assurance, health & safety, training and developing recruits
• Regular liaison with sales team to discuss upcoming projects to ensure stock levels are maintained
• 4 direct reports, with a further 25 indirect

The ideal applicant will be Depot Operations Manager - Formwork & Falsework Systems with:

• Must have previous experience managing operations within a construction rental/hire depot
• Ideally will have experience within the formwork or falsework market sector
• Would consider Depot Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Ops Manager, Depot Manager, GM, General Manager, Hire Manager, Plant Manager or similar
• Ideally will have a working knowledge of PUWER and LOLER regulations
• Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH) would be advantageous
• Planning & scheduling techniques
• IT literate (Microsoft Office & ideally ERP software)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Tenacious, professional and high attention to detail
