My client delivers excellent Domiciliary homecare services for two NHS Frameworks covering the Hampshire & Surrey areas plus multiple private clients within these locations. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, providing guidance & support to maintain high standards of care.
• Develop & implement care plans tailored to each client's needs & preferences.
• Conduct assessments/reviews to ensure the provision of appropriate care & support.
• Participate in an on-call roster providing and co-coordinating cover for unplanned absence to maintain the service.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment, training, & performance evaluation of care staff.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to coordinate and further the development of private domiciliary care services through Community Engagement activities, Networking etc.
