**Deputy Manager** **Bright Futures, Inspired By You.** Horizon Care and Education have an opportunity in our homes across the West Midlands for a Deputy Manager to join our team in upholding our standards of care, fostering growth, and inspiring positive change. Our focus is on promoting their well-being, helping them achieve their potential and ensuring their voices are heard. **Responsibilities:** - Work with the Residential Manager, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence. - Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth. - Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision and training adherence. - Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments and ensure all necessary training is completed. - You will need to be open to working in a reflective manner and deliver relationship-based, person centred care as part of a small team.
