• Leading and supporting a team to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
• Assisting with the management of day-to-day operations in the home
• Supporting children with their emotional well-being, personal development, and daily routines
• Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to care planning

• £16.50 per hour + £70 per sleep-in
• Annual salary of £35,040 - £38,400 (including sleep-ins)
• Only 11 shifts per month, offering work-life balance

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
