Deputy Operations Manager - Halcyon : Job Details

Halcyon health and social care are delighted to be working with an exceptional care provider, who support a range of vulnerable individuals within Supported living services. The adults they care for have a range of needs from Learning disabilities, mental health needs, Substance misuse and complex needs. We are supporting this client by recruiting for an Operations Support Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality of support the people using their services receive, is continually improved upon and remains incredibly high. The job of Deputy Operations Support is to work closely with the Head of operations. 

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

• 3 years management experience within Supported living services
• NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care 
• Full UK drivers licence
• Competent knowledge of CQC regulations (KLOE's)
