Description

  • Oversee the operation of the quality assurance department and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement quality control systems and processes, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality and efficiency in production.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues relating to product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high quality standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

Profile

A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:

  • A Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £39000 per annum.
  • Contributory pension on a salary sacrifice arrangement, with 5% Employee and 5% Employer contribution.
